Place the dumplings 1/2 inch apart on a baking sheet.
Put the baking sheet in the freezer for about 2 to 3 hours or until frozen. Freezing the pieces individually prevents the pieces from sticking to one another.
Transfer the frozen pieces to a large freezer bag.
Return back to the freezer for future use. Take out as many as you need at a time. Steam, pan fry or add to soups.
